I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency in the heart of Kiev. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a lovely view of the church and square outside. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was made to order. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The rooftop bar offered stunning views and the pool and spa were a luxurious treat. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Kiev.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast room service was delicious and delivered right to our room. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the sights of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and we had some of our best sleeps in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. I loved being just steps away from the bustling city center and the beautiful St. Sophia square.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel located in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful square and the iconic St Sophia Cathedral.

I did notice that some of the furniture in the hotel looked a bit outdated and worn.

The hotel design was impressive, it felt like a high-end establishment you'd find in major European capitals. the breakfast spread was great, plenty of delicious options to choose from. the central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city.

The service in the lounges was subpar. the staff lacked attentiveness and seemed more focused on completing their tasks rather than providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

This venue impressed us with its exclusive amenities, from the luxurious Spa & wellness center to the in-room breakfast. the service was exceptional and staff members were friendly and attentive.

There was only a minor issue with the bar/lounge area being a bit too crowded during peak times. the variety of curated cocktails and delightful snacks made up for it.

The perfect downtown location, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful spa with a variety of treatments, excellent room amenities including fresh fruits and complimentary wine, and great room service even at night time.

The hotel is in a great location, really close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main city attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The gym and pool facilities were top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a clean and well-maintained environment.

The hotel could improve its steam room, as it lacked steam and there was no water supply to wash off the seating area.
